This Orange County IDA public hearing relates to the recent revisions to our Uniform Tax Exemption Policy (UTEP), which essentially dictates which kinds of projects and industry sectors are eligible for IDA incentives and at what levels. The OCIDA Board of Directors will consider adoption of the revised UTEP at their regularly scheduled meeting on February 19, 2025.
