The Orange County Industrial Development Agency (OCIDA) is soliciting proposals from professionals or firms to provide Project Management services for our EPA Brownfields Assessment project.
This project is funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and will involve the assessment of brownfield sites to prioritize and prepare the sites for potential redevelopment in Orange County.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the project in cooperation with a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP), ensuring compliance with EPA regulations, and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
