Jeffrey D. Crist, appointed to the Orange County IDA Board in October 2023 and voted Chairman the same month, is a Cornell graduate and principal of Crist Brothers Orchards. With a legacy in agriculture, Jeff has held leadership roles at Walden Savings Bank and the Town of Montgomery IDA. He is a recognized advocate for smart economic growth, hunger prevention, and produce standards, managing a five-generation, 700-acre orchard. Jeff has received numerous awards, including the 2024 Rooted in Success Award and the 2022 Quality of Life Award.

Dean Tamburri is a Business Agent for Laborers’ Local 17, overseeing construction projects and coordinating skilled labor in Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan Counties. With over 35 years of experience, he has held roles as Laborer, Foreman, and Funds Administrator. A resident of Newburgh, Dean holds a BS in Computer Science and Accounting from Marist College. He also serves on the Executive Board of Local 17 and the Board of Trustees for the Annuity, Welfare, and Pension Funds.

Dr. Vincent Odock is a Business and Economics professor at SUNY Orange, widely published in academic articles and textbooks. He holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Business Administration. Dr. Odock’s expertise in economics, supply chain, and job growth has made him a key figure in organizing the first Orange County Economic Summit. He also serves on the OC IDA Board and has held leadership roles with CCEOC and Literacy Volunteers of America, Orange County. His knowledge is a valuable asset to the OC IDA’s mission.

Susan Walski, a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with 22 years of experience, specializes in Short Sales, New Construction, and holds certifications including CIPS and GRI. Passionate about Orange County, she believes it’s one of the best places to live and strives to help clients achieve their real estate dreams. With extensive knowledge of the county's towns and villages, Susan is well-qualified to represent her community on the OCIDA board.

Marc Greene, with over 34 years of experience in investor relations and corporate communications, is the Managing Director of the Markets Intelligence Group at Okapi Partners. He specializes in advising on ownership trends and their impact on valuation and strategic planning. Marc has worked on major IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions. He holds an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business and a B.S. from Northeastern University. His expertise in finance and business processes is invaluable in his role on the OCIDA Board, contributing to application reviews and commercial development.

Giovanni Palladino is the Director of Architecture and Design at Kirchhoff Companies, with a background in Architecture and Construction Management. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the AIA and CNU. Before joining Kirchhoff, he served as Vice President of Architecture at Leyland Alliance, focusing on New Urbanist projects. Giovanni is a dedicated community leader, serving on boards for the Newburgh Preservation Association and Habitat for Humanity. His expertise in commercial development and community service makes him a strong advocate on the OCIDA board.

Linda Muller retired as President and CEO of Cornerstone Family Healthcare in 2023 after 32 years growing the organization into a county-wide and state-wide federally qualified health center. A strong advocate for healthcare as a right, she expanded care to over 50k patients. Linda has received numerous awards for her community service and leadership, including the 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award from Cornerstone. She holds degrees from SUNY Buffalo and New School University and currently serves as Vice Chair of Affinity Legacy's Board. Linda resides in Cornwall with her family.
